Delaying in giving possession - D-832, 16th Parkview GYC

This is Gautam Saini, I have purchased a flat with Gaursons - D - 832, 16th Parkview, Gaur Yamuna City (Pocket-3) Mirzapur site (LFD-3) Sector-19 YEIDA Greater Noida (UP)
. All the payment is done with the builder already and the amount for the registry submitted at their office before the lockdown, The Stamp duty also paid at the registration authority 6 months ago.
The builder is still not giving any confirmation when he will provide me the possession of the flat. They say there is no labor to work and simply delaying the possession.
They are also taking maintenance changes from me before giving the possession. The offer of possession was given to me on '10-05-2019' but the possession is still not given.
I need an explanation for this and compensation as well, I have already called Gaursons customer care many times, and all the time they are just delaying the process.
I am demanding 4 lacs as compensation for this because I have given more than this amount to the banking partner as a pre-EMI before the possession of the flat.
