It is submitted that I purchased a branded badminton shoes for Rs 3400 from this shop. The very next day the shoes got torn from the sides. The very next day I visited the shop again and returned the shoes with original bill, original box and all tags. When I asked for refund I was told that he has informed someone in his chain at Raipur and I will get a replacement. I insisted to take refund but he refused. Since he was not agreeing to give refund, I waited as promised by him that within one week the shoes will be replaced. Eversince I gave him multiple calls but the shopowner never called. On asking for refund he kept saying that within a week he will get replacement. On my behalf various people visited him to request him for refund however he did not agree to give refund neither did he got fresh non defective similar piece. I purchased the shoes on 3 Feb. Till date that is 21 Feb there is no response from the shipowner. By this behaviour and attitude he has not only tried to make fraudulent sale to me but even after selling a defective product and taking the shoes back he has not refunded the amount causing me anguish, waste of time,effort,energy and harassment in a simple purchase.
