Febdeal.in delivered wrong product and took Rs. 754.92

I saw promo advertisement on facebook that febdeal.in is offering huge discount on saares and gowns. As the offer was on reputed website of facebook, so I immediately trusted febdeal.in and I ordered a gown from febdeal.in and paid 755 on delivery. But they didn't give the gown as promised.
I have sms proof. I tried to reach customer care but there number is fake.

I have images also but they are not getting uploaded on your website because of some technical issue.
I request you to please help me get my refund and catch hold of company and the courier service which is helping them do fraud

How can prestigious website like facebook displays such advertisement which are not verified?? not just febdeal.in but facebook and the courier service are also responsible for this fraud.
