firstly in that product all the accessories are missing except mobile . .My
first problem was the accessories
are missing from the product for this
reason i complained
for return the product. delivery boy doesn't pick up my product for
return on my first return request.for the reason of IMEI no. Secondly the
delivery boy told me that mobile's IMEI no. Is different from the box which
is delivered by company.on the bill the IMEI NO. IS 359849094396170
and the mobile's IMEI NO. is 359849094396162.
So i complained again for both the reasons which i faced by companies.
I complained on 13 September 2018 and flipkart company take to much time
for solving my problem for this reason mobile's return policy was lapsed as
your customers toll free no.told me that. company tacks to much time
for solving my problem.i am very disappointed from both the company's. i am very Mentally tortured by this two companies
