I have booked a flat with prateek grand city and paid advance payment of 21000. But due to no copliant of vastu I had requested for cancelled the same through email dated 27.04.2020. While booking it has been infomred that in case if i cancel it within a month refund will be processed after deduction of 10 % as per company policy. Hence requested to get refund of the same.

I have booked a flat in Prateek Grand City (C4 905) for rent 1 month ago, the broker took advance payment of 20,000 for rental agreement. Later on, he didn't respond to further discussion, also no call response or messages and still now he keeps on delaying possession. I want to file complaint for this fraud case and want my money back.
