Defective Ezviz CCTV Camera H9C (BD8583224) and Poor Service

Dear Sir,

I bought and installed the above camera from AJ Disti India Pvt Ltd, Ernakulam through a local dealer (Total Secure) on 10-Oct-24 (invoice copy attached) and within one month after installation it became completely out of service. The camera was taken by the dealer who installed and sent to fix the problem on 26-Dec-24 and till date I didn’t get back despite of my several follows up!

Kindly instruct the concerned parties to give me back the fixed camera or replace it with a new one.
