I had purchased Sony SLR Camera from you on 25-5-17 invoice no. G1DM201067 which was not working properly from last 8 months, once i had visited to your customer care, they guided me to Sony service center, and it was rectified and was working fine.
Six months before i had informed them but they did not respond properly now after warranty period they are telling me it has board complaint and should be replaced.

I had been cheated by Sony Service Center also Harsha dealership which i had purchased the camera by marketing me the damaged product. Its like cheating customer by wrong product and information.
