Regarding refund of my amount from URBAN company

I myself had booked installation service of Ac through Urban company but due to sum reason it was cancelled. Nd need refund of my paid amount.but accordingly I had contact with UC concerned employees nd senior employees they are just arguving for no purpose,no proper resolution they are providing.My concern is I have made my payment through UPI so I need it through UPI, but the company concern employees are saying our company don't have UPI,but their company is accepting payment through UPI but can't refund the customers amount through UPI How cum this is possible?...And UC employees are giving me two options.i.e. either the amount will be in Urban company credit or they are asking me about my bank details nd they will be making payments through NEFT nd are asking my bank details which I cannot provide.. How can I provide my bank details if I have made payment through UPI.plz provide The refund of my amount through UPI this was my request to them but they didn't take into consideration nd I have got no refund..I have a complaint against this company They are cheating customers and asking bank details fraud company..
