Auto driver poses as Uber driver and start the drive with his own meter on mobile app

I was waiting for a Uber cab from Terminal-1 but one driver approached me and asked where I wanted to go and took my bags and lock it in the car. When asked if he was Uber driver he said yes but did not asked me any pin and anything and started his own meter over mobile app. I said I will pay the amount which was showing in Uber app which was Rs. 800 and after dropping me asked me to pay 1800.
