Regarding mischievous acts of bla bla driver

It is to state that ...i have booked a bla bla car of Rajesh for jagadhri to panipat at 6:00 pm .
But as per the time schedule , he was too late to reach to me at the stop ....i have almost waited for an hour . He picked me up at 7 pm . I m upset as he mislead me abt his arrival time ...and when i called him then he either didn't answered my calls or Misbehaved me for calling ....during the journey too, his behaviour was ridiculous. His mentioned amount to be charger fr the journey was 330 mentioned ....but forced me to give 350 . Hence, you are kimdly requested to take action against the same so that he cannot repeat this in future with any other person .
