This is regarding to the booking elite i20 at Superon Hyundai on 14th January 2019.

I visited the showroom on 14th January 2019 to enquire about i20 Megna model but it was not available, on that sales executive named Mithun suggested me for Sportz model manufactured of Feb 2018 which was available in their stock, he shown me the pictures which was looking neat and clean basis on that I booked the car by paying INR 11000 on my wife name (Kavita).

When I show the vehicle after 04 days in showroom it was looking a used car therefore I shown my disagreement and asked if they have some latest model available in their stock but they don't, on which I cancelled the booking and requested them either give me some latest model vehicle in new condition or refund my full booking amount which is INR 11000 but they are saying that INR 3000 will be deducted from booking amount wherein my submission is that I was asking for vehicle you could not provide. Now it is one and half month and still struggling to get the refund.

I have raised multiple written complaints to dealer and manufacturer but I did not received any response.

Could you please intervene and help me to get my full refund.
