i am not getting my refund amount

Car Booking Complaint Complaint Date: March 5, 2022
i booked car for purchase from ola cars and deposit 50000/- as advance.

some of reason i did not purchase this car. my booking was canceled.

they told me that your amount will refund with in 7 working days, this conversation was done on 21/02/22022.

But till date i not getting my amount.
