cancel a self drive rental car without informing

i booked a self drive rental car on 15 october 2020 for 21st october 2020 06:00am to 23 october 6pm from chandigarh for my business purpose bcoz in this pandemic situation i dont want to travel in public transport. i paid already the whole booking ammount of 9487 rs. including 6000 rs. of security deposit.but when i reached to pickup location on 21st morning i contact to authorized person of chandigarh on call they said we have no booking of you then i contact to customer care of mychoize they said give us sometime we are checking on it,then i again contact to chandigarh office after sometime, then they said we found your booking but we have no car for you i request many times but they refused to give me my booked car. i said them if you dont have car then u have to inform me atleast one day before but the chandigarh person said rudely "tumhari aaj subah ki 6 bje ki booking hai tabhi to btayenge or tumhe poora refund kr rhe h na" and he cuts the call and cancelled my booking and i recieved a mail in which they said your booking has been cancelled and your ammount will be reunded in 3-4 days./

i have recording of conversation and then i have to travel in public transport along with my 3 coleagues and bear so much loss of heath and wealth
