Against Superon Hyundai for Not Giving my Refund of Car Cancellation from last 22 days

This complaint is against Superon Hyundai, Near Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon. I booked my car Venue in the month of June. Waiting time was told to me was till August September. Unfortunately due to some personal reasons I cancelled my booking and handed over the booking docket to the concerned person in August end and was told to me that it will take 10 - 15 days for refunding your amount . Till date I am following up on this but somehow I haven't got any positive response.
