झूठ बोलकर मॉड्यूलर किचन को HDHMR क्वालिटी बताकर घटिया स्तर की सामग्री बेची गई, वापस करने कहे जाने और पर छल पूर्वक व्यवहार करते हुए आज दे रहा हु कल दे रहा हूं कहकर टालते गए। मानसिक रूप से परेशान किया, अनर्गल बातें की कि वे 15000 काटकर पैसे देंगे, ट्रांसपोर्ट और लेबर के। मेरे द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्य प्रभावित हुआ ,शासकीय महत्पूर्ण कार्यों में मानसिक पीड़ा और तनाव के कारण व्यवधान आया।
पारिवारिक जीवन तनावपूर्ण हो गया , पुलिस के माध्यम से सुलह का प्रयास किया गया पुलिस को भी अनावेदक द्वारा गुमराह किया जाता रहा। कानूनी व्यय हुआ। जिसके कारण मुझे 60000 रुपए क्लेम व कानूनी व्यय, मानसिक पीड़ा ,कार्य में बाधा , समय और संसाधन की बर्बादी के हर्जाने के रूप में 40000 रुपए कुल क्षतिपूर्ति के रूप में दी जाकर न्याय प्रदान किया जाए।
