Hello sir,
I am Mukesh had joined the Ds services home based part time job on 29 October 2018 and start working on it. In its terms and conditions it says that a worker have to complete 1500 form filling process within 10 days and with 90% accuracy that means 1350 forms should be accurate or else a worker have to pay to the company 7900/- as a utility and maintanance fees. But while i am working on its website i found that for filling a single form we need atleast 4-5 min that means to complete 150 form filling we need 12.5 hrs a day without break, that means we cant able to do it as a part time work .But now i am afraid about the legal action if any taken by the company, than what can i do sir please help me.
