Complaint regarding the registry of the plot alloted by government.

This is to say that I am Ajay Kumar (s/o Jagdish kumar) resident of panipat city(476/6 khail bazaar, near sethi chowk). I have a milk dairy(529/6 near rajputana bazaar) in panipat city and it is my only income source. Under the scheme of dairy transfer out of the city in 2004, I was alloted the plot(1-A) in Binjhaul village for which I have paid all the installments and it's been 14 years any of the plot there has not been given the registry of the land they own. We have requested the MLA of panipat,DC and nagar parishad panipat many a times but no action has been taken.
I request you to look into the matter and give us the registry of plot as early as possible.
