महाशय,
सविनय निवेदन है कि बीते 24 फरवरी, 2025 को मैं अपने एयरटेल प्रीपेड नंबर 9631559498 को एयरटेल के रिचार्ज प्लान के मुताबिक 799 रुपए से रिचार्ज किया। मेरे अकाउंट से राशि कट गया। लेकिन मेरे फोन पर ना कोई मैसेज आया और ना मुझे रिचार्ज करने का कोई लाभ मिला। जबकि प्लान के मुताबिक मुझे 77 दिनों तक प्रतिदिन 1.5 जीबी डाटा के साथ कॉल की सेवा मिलनी चाहिए थी। कस्टमर केयर से संपर्क करने के बावजूद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। रिचार्ज का लाभ नहीं मिलने से मेरे फोन की आउटगोइंग सेवा बंद है और इंटरनेट काम नहीं कर रहा है।
