Complaint Details (Min. 150 words): Sushil ManiK (+91 79052 66418) assured to install of 7 CCTV cameras with a guarantee of 24x7 service including a protective metal net on two of the main gate cameras. He has installed 6 cameras for the namesake and taken Rs. 20,500/ and assures to install all 7 cameras with seamless services. It has been around two months, and he has never given any receipt, neither he is responding properly, nor installed all cameras and the protective metal net. Moreover, he has taken my WIFI router (worth Rs. 3000/) in the name of resetting and install as an access point to the DVR (digital video recorder). Now he is not returning my WIFI router. As well as he always tells a lie and number of false statements regarding his services and remaining work. The already installed cameras are also not working properly. They used to flicker and render poor picture quality. Their installment and look angles are also poor. I have insisted to him several times to remove all his cameras and return my money and WIFI router if he can't stay on his word and provide a reliable service. Instead, he argues that I have given 6 cameras and cable to you. I wonder if I have purchased a reliable service or pieces of cameras from him. I live out of the station due to my work (research). That was the main reason for the installation of a security camera at my home. Now, I am deeply disappointed by his fraudulence and befooling services.
In this regard, I want stringent action against him and the return of my money plus the WIFI router. I don’t want his security camera and poor service. He may take out his cameras, etc., and return all of my money. Please do the needful to help me out of this fraudulence.
