A flat was booked in shubhkamna city project GH-02A Greater Noida west 2012 and paid up to 75% of total amount. Now builders are absconded and work has been totally stopped. Case is going on in NCLT and as per Resolution plan an amount of Rs. 1200/- per sq feet additional will be demanded by other builders to complete it which is much higher and buyers are not agree.In between builders has been sold part of the land to other with the help of Authority
