Dear Sir,
I had done a booking for an Flat(F-119/Ground Floor) in TDI Samarth through Ridge View Developers on 12/03/15, I would like to raise a complaint against the builder for following reasons -
1. At the time of booking I was told that I would be getting a possession of my flat within 8 months of signing of builder buyer agreement, My agreement was signed on 12/03/2015 However as of current status the building is nowhere near completion.
Despite repeated follow up meetings,and phone calls with you on Possession of flat, but still not getting satisfactory response from GHI Team,
This is causing me a lot of financial turmoil as I have already paid a sum of 80% of flat cost, I am required to pay an EMI of 17900 INR each month. All this is causing me a lot of financial burden and mental agony apart from these I am also Paying 8500 INR per month to landlord as rental cost.
as per agreement under cause 10a, in case of delay in possession developers shall pay to the buyer compensation @53.82 inr per sq mtr. as my flat having 154.214 per sq mtr area. seeking your promt support on this matter.
