Posession of flat in Ridge Residency, Today Homes, Sector 135, Noida, delayed by 1 year

We booked the flat in Jan 2016 and it was promised that by Dec 2016 I will get the possesion. When we asked it was told that by Feb,2017 starting they will start giving possesion.
In the month of May mail came from Builder that possesion has been started and demand letter has been sent to do the complete payment. We did the complete payment without delay. It is stated in the demand letter that from the date of payment possesion will given within 90 days. Infact I went in month of May to check my flat possesion of tower L. It was not in a condition to get delivered in three months but still they did false promise.
After 4 months when my parents went to see the flat, flat was in same condition. Not even a 1% improvement was done. Even after so many calls and emails I never got a single reply. In fact Managers have unprofessional behavior of not replying to client emails or messages, phone calls.
Its been more than one year and I am not getting the status of my flat. I should get the return interest amount at the rate of 18% for the duration which Today Homes failed to deliver.
I am uploading condition of flat in month of May,2017 and Sept,2017. I do not understand why they do false promise at the time of payment. I need to know my possesion date as I am paying huge rent and interest too.
