Delay in possession, booked a expandable prime floor in Uppal Chaddha Group Wave City

I booked a expandable prime floor in Uppal Chaddha Group Wave City in November 2011. I have already paid 30% of the cost of this property {800000 approx} they have initially given me booking in Sec 2 to a floor even where the possession is not in the developers control & was a disputed land amongst builder & Farmers ... how can a builder offer the flat to a land where even they are not having the possession it's also a fraud case... after several phone and mail every time they asked me to wait for two three months. Now after 6+ years they r suggesting me to relocate my flat. I can't trust on such fake builder so I want my money back with compensation against delay in possession and misguiding about disputed land (fraud case)
