Parking Area entry gate width is too small to enter any big car

I have been given a car parking area in basement.
There are two pillars which is the entry gate for entering my parking area and width between these two pillars is approx 6 feet 10 inch. Parking Width After the pillar is more and appropriate.
But many of the big cars like scorpio can not be entered through these pillars.
Even after several request to concern person Mr. Bhasker jha (looking parking matters) and Mr. Atul (CRM Dept.), they are not agree to replace my parking space.
The more important thing is my parking is in D11 row. There was an empty parking at the place of
D-1102 next to mine D-1104 which I requested them to give. But they gave it to any C tower person replacing his parking and numbered it with C.
My point is if there was any empty space then I should be given priority on any issue since I raised it first. Other wise they should replace it with same type of parking or compensate my loss
