About recruitment application and mkcl cheating

I am sagar dattatraya shinde. I filled form for the post of technician in National Institute of Virology Pune.This recruitment process is carrying out by MKCL. Website for application was niv.recruitlive.in
After submitting form on 10.12.23
with user id 20231023207. I made payment of rs 300 with upi transaction id 334482136274. but i did not received confirmation or any payment slip. but 300 rs has been debited from our bank account. After some time webpage showing again for payment so I make payment of rs 303 through my sbi debit card with transaction number 33440703357. amount has been debited from my account no 32495751815. After that i waited for payment receipt but web site didnt displaying receipt and not giving any confirmation mail or message for completion.
for fee of rs 300 there were 600 rupees has been debited from our account .also message regarding successful submitting final application not received..kindly solve the problem and refund my 300 rs which is extra debited amount ..
There is error from MKCL side even after this
If application rejected by you then i have to for legal action against this in court..
Plz generate hall tikit for me and send payment receipt and confirmation of submitted application.. Reply

Plz postpone exam till i get halltikit.
MKCL should stop this exam . And allow students like me to whom MKCL cheated..
