Harassment at workplace, victimization by bias and stressfully is the most common tool here. No use of HR. HR are here are just for creating fear of legal action on employee. Labor law is nothing for Access Healthcare Pune, No National and client Holidays, no overtime on working on holiday. Leave policy are fake. They torture employee for small small reason. Extremely unprofessional behavior of management. They want employee to commit suicide because stress and harassment. Manager Raaj(cruelty) is at the peak in WFH.
