I HAD APPLIED FOR A FLAT UNIT NO. J187 IN 7TH AVENUE OF GAURSONS AT GREATER NOIDA THROUGH THEIR CHANNEL PARTNER INVESTORS-CLINIC. AS PER THEIR ADVISE I DEPOSITED Rs 51,000/- in the Gaursons account of Axis bank at Gurugram as booking amount. THE FLAT WAS , HOWEVER, NOT ALLOTTED TO ME. THEN I REQUESTED INVESTORS-CLINIC TO REFUND THE BOOKING AMOUNT. THE INVESTORS-CLINIC RECOMMENDED FOR REFUND of MY Rs 51,000/- to GAURSONS. SINCE THEN, I AM FOLLOWING WITH THEM, THE GAURSONS OFFICE IS HARASSING ME AND NOT REFUNDING MY AMOUNT ONE PRETEXT OR OTHER.I REQUEST TO KINDLY HELP ME IN GETTING THE REFUND OF Rs 51,000/-. Sir, I AM PRESENTLY STAYING AT MUMBAI, AND REQUEST TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

    I applied for a flat in Garden homes Greter Noida however after almost 3 years still no progress is seen on the site and Supertech builder is not even complying to the agreements. Builder is deliberately forcing home buyers to pay interest EMIs (at the time of purchase builder ensured to pay it till possession) although there is not a single sign of possession in near future, since construction is not even started.
    This builder has cheated many consumers with clear intention of fraud.
