Hello Sir,
I am Amresh. I booked a plot in Sahu Housing & Land Improvers(P) Ltd.
As per scheme,I had to pay 3500 rupee per month (Installment). Due to some
financial difficulties, i am not able to continue payment of
installments so I requested the company to refund my money but
company is forcing us to buy the plot and denying from refund. I
forced to file the request as after several requests company is not
giving my money back. Kindly help us in getting refund.
A year back, I sent an email to company regarding the issue. I did not get any response yet.
