Builder promised to give following
1. Builder said total area is 1215 and plinth area is 934.34 but registaration is done for 1139sft and if questioned not giving proper answer
2. Builder and banker same team and banker released second cheque without completion of project
3. Branded water taps and bathroom accessores including commode - provided un branded and all material is corroded
4. Branded lift automatic – provided unbranded lift which gives trouble always
5. Diesel generator not provided – if asked reply from builder is very rude and saying he will provide after completion of his second project
6. Parking promised but still No parking provided
7. Doors and windows of cheap quality
8. Flooring is brittle all stones are breaking – did not provide proper flooring
