Hello Sir/Madam,
In in 2016 June i purchased a flat in Machilipatnam (Krishan District), Andhra Pradesh. As per the agreement from the builder, he promised to handover the flat with in 15 months other wise he will pay RS 5000 starting from 16th month till handover the flat.
My self and my in_laws who stay in Machilipatnam keep on asking him over part 2yrs. But there is no response from him always saying 2more months. I am really helpless at this situation and not sure how to proceed and get my flat or Money back. Please help me and let me now how to proceed. I paid 17.00 Lakhs as of June 2017, I tool personal loan to pay this amount. Now I am paying interest but my flat still not hand overed.
