Booked a 2BHK flat in "Aspen Heights" at Bhiwadi but builder has not delivered the flat

Dear Sir,
I am writing to file a complaint against VVA Developers Pvt. Ltd. regarding the non-delivery of the flat as per the agreed upon terms and conditions. I entered into an agreement with the builder on 22nd June 2015 for the purchase of a flat in "Aspen Heights" in "Townone", located at Bhiwadi Alwar Bypass, Sector-27, Bhiwadi Rajasthan. The builder had committed to deliver the flat to me within 36 months from the date of said Flat Buyer's Agreement with a grace period of 6 months.
Despite multiple assurances and promises, the builder has failed to deliver the flat within the stipulated time frame. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, financial losses, and mental stress. I have made all the necessary payments as per the agreement, but the has not fulfilled their end of the contract.
I have tried to resolve the issue amicably with the builder, but they have been unresponsive and negligent in their duties.
I have also send legal demand notice to the Builder through an advocate but nothing is resolved till now. Therefore, I am seeking the intervention of the consumer court to address this matter and ensure that I receive my money back from the builder.
I request the consumer court to take necessary action against the builder and provide me with a fair resolution to this dispute. I have attached copies of relevant documents, including the agreement, payment receipts, and communication with the builder, notice send to builder for your reference.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
