False Commitment Given Marketing Employee

At the time of booking the flat we were given the promise that when the parking allotment would be done we would be given the preference. We infact asked them to mention in the agreement the area of parking that would be allotted to us but they declined it. When we had checked the agreement of some of the other owners for some area is mentioned and for some the area is not mentioned.

Now the parking is allocated by lucky draw which I feel is against the promise that were made to us. When we highlighted the same we were told that marketing might have told you for selling purpose. I am feeling betrayed because of this.



please advise what can be done.
