I was looking for a rented apartment in thane and no broker followed up and called me multiple times to take a membership to find house immediately. I took membership on 6 apr after that entire day and on sat i waited for my RM to connect after multiple follow ups RM did not called back. I went through the site and found property on my own then she called me to schedule a visit. Later i liked flat on 8 apr and RM aksa and RM rutika told me to pay token amount immediately. I requested them to give me time till sunday however RM aksa told token amount is required for confirmation. I borrowed money and paid 5000 to RM aksa via link. On sunday my mother passed away and i could not move. I updated rutika and aksa that i cant move and request a refund. Later RM Rutika told me that Hema bhatt who is the owner of that property has to provide approval then we can refund. I spoke to owner and she agreed. Later i called them multiple times however no response. Then RM aksa confirmed on chat that amount will be refunded in 7-10 days. Since then i have been following up with them however they are denying the refund and not responding to calls.
Initially they called multiple times and force me to make payment immediately and now they are just not bothered to refund. I spent on their relax plan 3500 and then 5000 token amount. Their team is fraud and they just take money without providing Services.
I request you to look into this and help with my refund.
