Refund money for the flat booked and later cancelled

I had booked 2 flats in the month of October 2020 with VTP Reality Pune. One in my name and another in my Husband's Name with VTP Reality with the token amount of Rs 50000/- Each that means Rs 100000/-  as a Tokan Amount or Booking Amount but some how  we were unable to arrange the money for proceeding further and we had informed VTP  Reality about the same .At the time of booking the amount was Refundable and when we inform that we are unable to arrange the funds and unable to continue the booking VTP builder had denied for refund and till now we have not received our funds back.We are from the middle class family some how were planning to book a house for us and were unable to proceed further qnd builder is not giving back our Harden Money .

Please Please help us to get our money back with compensation as soon as possible we have been waiting from 12 months to get our money back and builder is not bothered about it.


I also have a petition filed at the time of flat booking i awas expecting for the baby and later unable to go to builder again and qgain for the refund as i have a small baby with me.

Please please help me to gety money back its my harden money which i have invested to buy a house for my family. Please please help me.
