False Commitment Given Marketing Employee

Hi,
I have book 1 BHK flat at SIKKA CARMIC in sector 78 NOIDA..At the time of booking the marketing people at office assure me that you will get following if you book the flat rt now:
1.FREE COVERED CAR PARKING
2.R.O system in KITCHEN
3.ALL fences which covered balcony
4.I wall will be painted by SIKKA and 1 will be of your choice(wall paper)...
Then i have give the booking amount thru cheque!!!

When all the cheque has been passed from my bank,then they call me and said that your BBA is ready kindly pick it up from our office...

I was shocked when i saw the BBA,they have written that they will provide only open car parking instead of covered car parking...I have strictly told them that you have wrongly mention it and i have not take that BBA....

Now,they are saying that for 1 BHK they will not provide anything which i have mention above...

At the time of booking they have clearly mention in the form that that in this price they will provide COVERED CAR PARKING!!!!

I have mailed them several times,visit their offices several times but till today the result was ZERO!!!!


they are saying that for 1 BHK they will provide only RAW FLAT which was really a shocking to us....


pls help us and suggest what should we do!!!
