We are 120 Residents of Brundavan Apartments located at Poranki,Near BSNL Telephone Office, Vijayawada. Mr.Satish Mikkilineni Builder having Mobile Number : 9848586089 has not completed common areas civil work even after 4 years of occupation by residents. He is not handing over maintenance leading to damage to apartment due to non -maintenance and leaving the residents with the risk of Fire,Fall and civil damage to building.Due to non completion of Approach road to apartment and non -functioning of internal lights residents are at risk of Theft, and are vulnerable to criminal and antisocialactivities
