Bought flat from M/S Gangothri Developers, Hyderabad having office at GANGOTHRI DEVELOPERS
Flat No-T9, 4th Floor
Ballad Estate,Tarnaka
Hyderabad 500017.. They gave quotation on 28th June 2017 which included 12% GST as from 1st July 2017 GST was being implemented, made sale agreement on 9th July 2017. The flat was in semi finished condition (Upto Walls). I had asked them to provide tax invoice incl. GST but they said they will provide when final payment is made. After stagewise payment I completed final payment (They did not give tax invoice stating excuses)and sale deed, took possession in February 2018 based on their promise that they will give Occupancy certificate soon. After stalling for 6 months and followups they gave OC in October 2018 and to m shock I found that the OC was dated 30th June 2017, ( 1 day before GST) , so I have been asking them to return the GST amount as I am sure they have not paid to GST exchequer also. The funds I used are from my retirement funds. The GST amount of Rs. 7,40,388 is not being returned by them despite my many requests. I request the concumer court to direct them to return the GST amount which they have taken unlawfully and not returning.
