Small bugs found in Green peas packet

Hi Concerned Team,
I usually order grocery online. As usual I ordered monthly grocery from Jiomart online and as per the grocery list, I ordered 500 gms packet of Green peas also. When the order got delivered to the home, I found there were small bugs in the Green peas coming out and moving inside the container when emptied the packets content into the container.
I was so assured about the quality of the product delivered from the Goodlife and tried convincing my family to order grocery from Jiomart itself. But due to the above incident, they lost trust in the Goodlife products and asked me to stop ordering grocery products from Jiomart and Goodlife.
Please look into the above matter and provide me appropriate resolution.
