I order the products for amount of Rs. 1738.34. But the invoice amount of Rs. 1070.49, the difference amount is refunded. But I returned all the products the invoice amount of Rs. 1070.49 is not received yet since the date of products returned i.e 22.07.2020

Till date. Every time when I call customer care there serious executive are busy not able to divert call. They will convince to arrange call back in 24-48hrs from concerned team. Till date going to be 3months no call received nor refund received. Also many of friends and colleagues struggling to refund from Jiomart. I request to please serious action against them. Since we don't have physical customer care mode other than telephonic conversation.
