A matrimony ad booked for publishing on 6th and 13th of august 2023 through releasemyad.com vide ID No. 178424.
Due to post payment for Ad, there were some edit on text matter where 10 characters were removed and 5 characters added and therefore, refund for 5 characters paid in advance should be refunded @ Rs. 44 for each character, totalling to Rs. 220/-. Your confirmation mail did not mention anything about refund sequence. Please confirm and arrange refund soon.
