Flipkart not returning defective product

I order a TP-Link TL-MR100 300 Mbps 4G Router on 12/02/2023 from Flipkart (ReatilNet seller) and since the arrival of the product it's not working as expected earlier it didn't even use to start up properly so the first time I raised a replacement request and it got stuck at Technician visit by Flipkart and nobody gave me a call for a visit till their expected time and 2 days got a call from a technician and he asked me to send some pictures over whatsapp so I denied him to send any picture over whatsapp after 2-3 days I get to know that my replacement got rejected as technician solved my problem with troubleshooting, now the truth was that he didn't even visited my place and updated this I was furious to hear this and I placed another request this time their escalation desk agent told me there would be no technician visit this time, but again when new replacement was placed I could have seen technician visit in the replacement procedure list this again I didn't got any call from any technician till the expected date by Flipkart and again after 1-2 days I got the call from the same person asking the same picture over whatsapp, this time I taught lets just try by sending him the picture and yes he processed the replacement request and I got a new product.

The product was able to start but didn't work as expected i.e. now this is a 4G SIM card router so I inserted my SIM card into it and It wasn't able to connect to the Internet so I tried to change the settings that are required to access the internet from a Vi sim card and also tried resetting the router but I was still unable to connect to the Internet. The next day I placed a fresh return request and this time I want my money back. And somehow after so many attempts to connect with their agent I was able to place return request so I had to wait till t 7th March to connect again with some other agent, which I didn't got any call on 7th March, so I called them on 8th march now to surprise I'm hearing from multiple agents that my request has been stuck in some technical problem and it cannot proceed, I said then why I've not been informed earlier about it, you're saying me this after wasting my 3-4 days you're saying me this. I had no option but to cancel the previous request and placed it again on 8th March, now even bigger problem is that after I placed a fresh request on 8th march I get a text msg from Flipkart that seller cannot process your request and I can see that my return is cancelled. Now I tried to contact flipkart customer support and they are saying that they have no update regarding this and asking me to wait 3-4 days again, now this is the heights.

I want my refund immediately also with a compensation of Rs.20000.
