Regarding unprofessional service provided by Lenovo engineers

Dear sir/madam,
I bought a Lenovo ideapad s540 on feb, 2021 from reliance . First day itself there was issue with my laptop. There was hard drive missing in the laptop and I informed to reliance store and got replaced. Later, after 4-5 months the glue inside the bezels started to come off from screen. I kept a service request, engineer came, he serviced and 1 month later, screen became dim and again screen issue was started. Again engineer came and repaired. Right after he replaced screen, camera was not working. There itself the engineer kept a request for replacement for camera. Again after few days the engineer came with the camera and replaced camera. When he kept camera he made something mistake with motherboard. Again there he kept request for motherboard. After few days engineer came with motherboard and replaced and this all happened within 1 year of purchase. And now after one year same bezels issue was coming Lenovo service centre charged me 3000 as my warrenty period was over and repaired it. That was not a proper repair. He just applied some glue on hinges and on bezels and gave me. Now again the glue is getting loose. Hinge is coming away.
I just want justice regarding these many repairs. They are not because of me it was because of the improper knowledge of the engineers and poor service provided my Lenovo.
