INTERNET CONNECTION PROBLEM

Dear Sir,

I have purchase a Laptop from Jamshedpur Store Name : E World , Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand-831001 on 08/11/2023 vied Bajaj Credit Card. Within one weak it was created problem to internet fluctuation, Not connected properly , Several times we communicate with HP Support Center Contact No: 18002587170, but they did not resolve my problem. finally 16/12/2023 they registered my case and 02/01/2024 and the accrue that within 48 hours a engineer visit your office with proper machineries with part, if required they change the parts, But finally on today 02/01/2024 they send a unskilled person and noted the problem and send his senior person by WhatsApp or call. before solve problems he want to sign by me for closure but I have not sign the same.

further at 5.30 Pm when I repeated call support center and request him to replace my laptop if not solution this. they deny and tome me that, it was possible within 14 days after purchase of material. and Within 90 days we have only replace the parts. Within 20 days they only hared my problem and no step had been taken by them. My request is to please replace my laptop as soon as possible.
