I have purchased a HP13 ENVEY X360 laptop on dated \21.08.2022 from HP Authorized Channel Partner Croma vide Invoice No. SLA024004004672 Order Id SOA024004004672 .The Above Laptop is Screen protection Laptop which i had pay for Rs. 2400/- extra. Recently My laptop left Corner got slightly scratches. As per Advise I have contacted Hp support Team and whit out visit any technician they assed basis my laptop images. it has been assessed by internal technical Team of as Display damage are not cover hp stander Warranty.
