I have been charged 44000 for a laptop worth RS 29,000 with a fake bill

I have purchased a laptop named Asus E410KA EK103WS from ALL I Repair RAIPUR CHHATTISGARH on 12.03.2022.
The bill I received doesn't consist of Seal, Gst details and other mandatory details and I paid 14000 as a down payment during purchase .
Today 30.01.23 I am out for selling this laptop I got to know I was abused withfraud of charging more than the MRP price I purchased through EMIs from Bajaj finance.
Today the market value I receive is just RS 7000.
Kindly help me with this matter.
