Flipkart is delaying to replace a defective product (laptop) from 14th Aug 2023 to till date (28Aug).

Cancelled Date opened: 18 Aug
Reason unknown.
I have been calling them on duly basis they say there in no replacement available contact Asus service centre .

Tech visit happened on 16th, DOA and Seal pack done by Asus on 23rd Aug.
now regarding tech visit status update
Asus saying its pending from Flipkart end and Flipkart Says its from Asus End.
Asus service center already told they have done all thing from their end
Asus tech also says its done
Asus Escalation team also they forwarded email to flipkart for item pick up and replacement is delayed and kept on hold
And Flipkart not helping at all.
