I WANT FULL REFUND ONLY DAMAGED WORST PRODUCT RECEIVED ON 8 AUGUST 2024 PURCHASED AND IT WAS SAME DAY DAMAGED RECEIVED WHEN CHECK AT HOME I purchased laptop on 8 august 2024 but when i received the laptop it's alphabet keys like c key is not pressing and also some keys are loose and some are very tight whole keyboard is malfunctions and keys seems damaged i want full refund or replacement immediately otherwise i will go to consumer forum and sue your company i purchase 60000 laptop with 3 years liquid damaged total care extended warranty still facing many issues in newly laptop i want immediately refund in my account as per the consumer protection act 2019 My contact number is 7982968011

THIS WAS THE 1ST COMPLAINT I MADE BECAUSE I FACED ISSUE FROM DAY 1 BUT I HAVE MY EXAMS THEN I TAKE THIS COMPLAINT BACK BECAUSE I CANT GIVE LAPTOP AT THAT TIME DUE TO EXAMS
BUT NOW ITS WORSE THAN EVER KEYS LIKE O IS HARD PRESSING INSPITE OF BEING 512GB SSD MODEL IT HANGS A LOT I HAVE ATTACHED PROOF OF IMAGES AND VIDEO ALSO WITH THIS EMAIL I WANT FULL REFUND OR NEW PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OTHERWISE I WILL KNOCKS THE DOORS OF CONSUMER COURT AND SUE YOUR COMPANY VIJAY SALES DEPARTMENT AND LENOVO COMPANY AND SUE YOUR COMPANY IN CONSUMER COURT AS PER THE SECTION 39(1)(a) A CONSUMER IN INDIA HAS RIGHT TO REFUND IF PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE ALLOWING THEM TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND RECEIVE THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE BACK FROM THE SELLER AND I WILL UTILISE THIS RIGHT AS I HAVE PROOF OF ITS DEFECTS I ATTACHED HERE MANY TIME WIFI STOPPED CONNECTIVITY IS BAD EVERYTHING IS BAD IN THIS PIECE I HAVE ATTACHED VIDEO AND IMAGES OF ISSUE FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING
my final request As per the section 39 (1) (a) of the consumer protection act 2019 I want only full refund or exchange(replacement) with new product from vijay sales store of different model only i don't want this now totally worst product ever want new product or full refund only whichever is best possible otherwise final option will i have to sue your company in consumer district commission final request
