I had purchased a laptop on 12th July on condition of exchange/Buyback of 2 existing laptop.The price they have offers was 9500/- for 2 laptops for buy back. Now went i went to give my old laptops they denied to give money saying they can't do buy back and the support they are providing for new laptop was also pathetic sine my phoen is not getting connected to the laptop when its getting connected to other device
