Not providing bill for service and taking extra money - Daas computers, Katpadi, Vellore

I went to daas computers in april 2018 for laptop back case cover and keyboard touch for new one, he asked me advance 3000 RS. i paid the advance and he said he will arrange laptop parts on next day. On next day he didn't provide the laptop parts and he suggested me to just adjust that one by using some liquid, If the adjusted one is broken with out extra money i will give the new one.After few days it was broken, i went to shop asked that person to arrange new one and he asking for extra money. I agreed for that also and i waited for 40 days he didn't 'provide new one, I asked refund the money and take for that service charge, he taken 1500 rs for that service. Actually it worth is 500 rs only but he taken extra money and he didn't provide bill also.
