HP not giving proper laptop repair service in spite of Care Pack

I am currently using the HP Product:
Model - HP Pavillion g6 - 2320tx
Serial - 5CD3183ZGX
Purchase Date - May 2013
Extended Care Pack Expiry Date - 2nd August 2016

The Case Number is 4774551094. For the past two months, I have been
facing a lot of issues regarding my laptop running slow to the point of
it being unusable. The Case number history would show that I have made
close to 6 or 7 calls over the past month, each lasting around 30 to 40
minutes, to the Customer Service number: 033 3030 6363. I feel like I
have literally spoken to everyone there at the call centre.
I have continuously been redirected, kept on hold, asked to allow them
remote access while they scope around my laptop, I have been asked to
carry out diagnostic tools and waste quite a considerable amount of my
time, all so because in my fair opinion, after a relationship of 3 years
in terms of laptop and 8 years in terms of the printer (whose faults and
other derivatives I will not go into for now):
1) Your call centre lines are ridiculously busy, ludicrously crowded. If
you could pay some attention to that rather than your rampant unbridled
advertisements, then people will appreciate that more.
2) The supposed support/service that you extend is a pathetic joke. I
don't see why you people are so reluctant at sending a HP Laptop Repair
Mechanic to my residence, or allowing me to drop-it off at an authorized
Repair Centre. I paid Rs.40,000/- for this laptop, it's not a joke, at
least not to me. The least you could do is extend a proper service. If
only my product had been out of warranty, I would have had such a great
response from your side because you would have got to make money off it.
3) I am holistically dissatisfied with your product and your service. I
am just slightly consoled by the fact that I managed to convince 8
people in my network to go for Dell 15 3000 Inspiron rather than your
15-ac122tu, hopefully my Sticks and Stones can bring down your company
via the Ripple Effect.
